Shipping and Delivery Conditions

You must be a member to place an order on our site. After becoming a member, you can make online payments and order via our website using money transfer/credit card options.

Your orders are sent by MNG Kargo company.

Once your order is confirmed and received, it will be delivered to the cargo within 4 (four) business days.

It takes an average of 1-3 business days for your package delivered to the cargo company to reach you, depending on your region and the cargo company/branch.

Any dents, breaks, torn packaging, wet etc. that you think were damaged during cargo shipment. Before receiving your damaged cargo package, check it with the cargo officer. After making sure that your cargo is undamaged and complete, receive your cargo.

If you see that your cargo package and the products inside the package are damaged, missing or incorrect, do not accept your cargo by asking the cargo officer to keep a Damage Assessment Report. In the damage assessment report, you can indicate the products you think are damaged/missing and send your cargo to us free of charge along with the report. You can receive products other than those you think are damaged/missing.

Please note that after receiving your cargo, you will not be able to prepare a damage assessment report and that you accept that the cargo company has made the delivery without any damage after receiving the cargo package.

Broken or damaged products and boxes without a shipping document cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If the product comes out of the cargo package damaged, you must send the photo of the damaged product, your invoice, and the damage assessment report to info@jlslift.com within 1 (one) business day.
