Membership and Usage Agreement
1. Parties
This Membership and Usage Agreement (briefly "Agreement") is the owner of all rights of the jlslift.com extension website, application and all applications related to it (briefly "Site"), headquartered at Çınardere Mah. Akseki St. It is between Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, located at No: 1 İç Kapi No: 10 Pendik/ İstanbul PK: 34896, and the Member who has defined his/her identity and contact information into the system before the acceptance of this agreement. By becoming a member of the Site, the Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read and understood the entirety of this 'Agreement' and approves all its provisions.
2. Rights of Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi
A) Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi may monitor and record all kinds of activities of the Member on the site for security reasons and/or, when deemed necessary, may intervene in any way such as banning from the Site, freezing membership, canceling membership and so on.
B) Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi may change the form and content of the Site partially and/or completely without prior notice to the Member, as well as change the domain name on which the Site is published, use different sub-domain names, perform domain name redirection and /or may close the domain.
C) Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi may change the scope and/or types of services it offers on the Site, and may partially or completely freeze, terminate or terminate the services offered on the Site, at any time and/or without giving any reason, without prior notice to the Member. can be canceled completely.
D) Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi may make changes and/or updates in the service, sales conditions and/or operation at any time in order to carry out the work and/or transactions specified in the contract more effectively. Members hereby accept and declare that they accept these changes and that they will act in accordance with these changes.
E) This contract does not contain any commitment for the product sales of Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi. The member cannot claim rights or receivables under any name from Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi for these and other reasons.
F) Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi has the right to unilaterally suspend, terminate and/or cancel the membership. The member accepts, declares and undertakes that there is no right of objection in this regard.
G) Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi stores the Member's identity, address, contact and site usage information in a database for all legal purposes, including but not limited to purposes such as conducting user profile and market research, creating sales and site usage statistics. may collect and process this information without any restrictions. In addition, Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi may share this information with third parties/institutions in order to comply with the obligations imposed by law or upon request for an investigation or research conducted by the competent judicial or administrative authority, or to protect the rights and security of users.
H) Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi may open additional services, change some of its services partially or completely, or turn them into paid services. In this case, the user reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and withdraw from membership.
I) Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi may make changes in the application of this Agreement, change existing articles or add new articles, provided that it is not to the detriment of the users, in order to comply with the technical requirements and legislation that may arise in the future.
3. Member's Obligations
A) Membership is completed by completing the membership procedure specified on the site by the person who wants to become a member and completing the registration process. By becoming a member, the member accepts the provisions of this agreement and all statements made/to be announced by Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi regarding membership and services.
B) The Member declares that the identity, address and/or contact information he/she specified during the membership process is complete and correct, and that in case of any change in the information, he/she will immediately forward this information in writing to Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, and that he/she will notify Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi in writing; He/she accepts and declares that he/she will be solely responsible for any legal disputes and/or damages that may arise due to his/her decision. Therefore, no liability can be attributed to Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
C) The Member accepts that he will use a password that cannot be easily guessed by others when using the Site, that he will not share his username, password and similar information with others, and that he and he alone will be responsible for this security, and that Balans İş Makinaları Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi will not be responsible in any way. and declares.
D) Member on the Site
