Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your new orders before they are shipped.
In order to cancel your orders that have been shipped, after your cargo reaches you, you must send it back to us with our contracted cargo in the same way as it was delivered to you, without opening the cargo package. After the package we receive has been inspected and it has been confirmed that the package has not been opened and the products have not been used, your cancellation will be made and your refund will be made to your bank account/credit card within 10 (ten) days.
For all your order cancellations, you must send an e-mail to info@jlslift.com stating your cancellation request along with your order number.
Return and Exchange Conditions
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, you have the right to return the product you purchased without giving any reason, using the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery.
In the process of returning the product, the original invoice presented to the buyer must be sent along with the product. If the invoice has a return section, this section should be filled in and the invoice should be sent to the seller together with the product. Returns cannot be made without an invoice.

There is no change, damage or deformation on the product and its packaging, etc. is required.
For the return of cosmetics and personal care products, the conditions stated above must be met and the product must be accompanied by accessories, cards, information cards, labels, etc. in the package it was sent to you. and must be sent to the return address together with the original invoice. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
Article 18- (3) of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502. In accordance with the article; “The consumer may use the goods only to the extent required by an ordinary review; Otherwise, the consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal.”
Return Process
If you want to return the product you purchased, you must notify info@jlslift.com of your return request, the reason for the return, and the products you would like to replace, if any, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
After making a notice of withdrawal, you will be sent to the return address in the original packaging in which you received the product, without opening the product cover and without opening the safety label, together with the card, information card, label, accessory, etc. in the package and the original invoice, within the specified period - 14 days from the date of delivery. You must send it within (fourteen) days.
After the product requested for return reaches us, the necessary inspections are made and it is confirmed that the product and the package have not been opened and used, and then your product will be returned.
If the required conditions for your refund are met, your refund will be made to your bank account/credit card within 10 (ten) days. The refund fee to be made to the credit card will be paid by your bank, and the time it takes for the refund to be transferred to the credit card is the responsibility of the bank.
In exercising the right of withdrawal and refund transactions, the amount of gift certificates, coupons, if any, provided by the SELLER and the discounts benefited by the BUYER within the campaigns organized are deducted and the remaining amount is returned to the BUYER.
Product exchange conditions
After the product requested to be returned reaches us, you can exchange it for the product you want, provided that the product meets the necessary conditions for return and the return is accepted. In this case, if there are products that you have requested to exchange and want to purchase, the product will be shipped after the price difference payment and shipping costs are paid by you.
For exchange and return transactions, if the problem specified in the product is caused by the customer, shipping costs are borne by the customer; If it is caused by our company or the product itself, shipping costs will be covered by us.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
Within the specified period - 14 (fourteen) days after purchasing the product - the product or its box has been damaged, its cover or package has been opened, it has been used, it has been tried, its safety label has been opened, it has been destroyed, it has been damaged, etc. Cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged. The return must be made if the conditions mentioned above are met and in the original packaging as stated.
Damaged Products
The buyer has the obligation to check the product when receiving it from the cargo company. For this reason, when you receive your cargo, you should be aware that your cargo package is dented, broken, its packaging is torn, wet, etc. If it is damaged, do not receive your cargo and check it by opening your cargo package with the authorization of the cargo company. In case the products inside are damaged, missing or incorrect during the control of your cargo package.
